Beyond my spiritual work, I’m blessed to be a wife, mother, grandmother, and caretaker to my two beloved fur babies. My path to healing wasn’t linear; it was shaped by life’s challenges, including a career in education that I cherished and a life-altering car accident that led me to early retirement. This unexpected turn gave me time to reflect deeply on my purpose.
Helping others has always been at the core of who I am. I’ve often been told that I have a gift for making people feel seen, heard, and understood; a gift that naturally led me to become a Spiritual Mentor and Intuitive Sound Healer. My personal healing journey called me to confront past traumas and step into my true power. Through the sacred practices of Sound Healing, Meridian Tapping, Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and Ho’oponopono, I experienced profound transformation. Now, it’s my honor to help others do the same.

I didn’t always walk a spiritual path.
For years, I did what so many women are taught to do: shrink, silence my needs, and mold myself into whatever version of me felt most “acceptable.” As a former high school English teacher, I spent 6.5 years pouring into others while secretly carrying the weight of people-pleasing, social anxiety, and a lifetime of feeling “not enough.”
But everything changed after a near-fatal car accident that left me with a traumatic brain injury. Overnight, the life I knew fell away; my vision shifted, my hearing changed, and the façade I had built to feel safe could no longer hold.
What began as the hardest season of my life became the portal into my awakening.
As I moved through months of deep healing, I felt a whisper in my soul that grew louder each day:
It’s time to remember who you truly are.
It’s time to reclaim your own sacred power ~ not from striving, but from softness, courage, and connection.
That whisper led me into the lineage of Mary Magdalene, and eventually into the work I now offer the world:
Sisterhood Alchemy.

I believe women are meant to rise together.
I believe healing is not meant to be done alone.
And I believe the wounds we carry ~ the Mother Wound, Sister Wound, Witch Wound, past-life and ancestral patterns ~ are not signs of brokenness, but invitations back to wholeness.
For centuries, women have been conditioned to compete, compare, stay silent, doubt themselves, and fear other women’s power. These wounds are old, older than our lifetimes, but they can be healed.
Sisterhood Alchemy is the process of remembering what we lost,
reclaiming what we buried,
and restoring the sacred bonds between women.
It is the medicine of being witnessed.
