Hi,

I'm Paula

For so many years, I knew what it felt like to hide my true self.
To silence my voice.
To pour myself out for everyone else while secretly wondering, “When will it be my turn?”

Like many women, I carried wounds from childhood, from society’s expectations, and from the very sisterhoods that were supposed to uplift me. I longed for belonging, but instead I felt betrayal, judgment, and disconnection. The pain made me shut down. I lost touch with my worth. I lost the courage to take up space.

Then, life brought me to a breaking point. Through my healing journey: Reiki, sound healing, and the sacred path of Priestesshood I began to peel back the layers of hurt and conditioning. I learned how to set boundaries without guilt. I reconnected with my body, my intuition, and my voice. And most importantly… I fell in love with me.

That journey of Divine Empowerment transformed everything.

Now, I stand as a Magdalene Priestess, Intuitive Sound Healer, and Spiritual Mentor holding space for women just like you to reclaim their voice, worth, and sacred power. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, small, or silenced. And I know the freedom that comes when you choose to rise into your authentic self with love, confidence, and trust.
