There was a time in my life when I didn’t trust sisterhood.

I longed for connection ~ real connection ~ the kind where you can exhale and be fully yourself…
but I also carried the scars of being misunderstood, left out, diminished, or betrayed by other women.

I learned to make myself smaller.
To be the peacemaker.
The one who didn’t cause waves.
The one who stayed agreeable and quiet so she could belong.

Maybe you’ve felt that too.
The ache of wanting closeness
but the fear of what connection might cost.

For years, I believed safety could only be found in solitude.
I was the woman who carried everything alone...... my feelings, my stress, my healing, my responsibilities.
I didn’t want to burden anyone.
I didn’t want to be “too much.”

But something inside me kept whispering,
There has to be another way.

And then…
I experienced my first true circle of women.
A space where comparison didn’t exist.
A space where there was no competing for worth, no masks, no judgment.
Just truth.
Just presence.
Just heart.

And in that moment ~ one simple moment where another woman said, “I feel that too” ~ something cracked open in me.

The loneliness I’d been carrying for years began to melt.
The fear of showing up authentically began to soften.
I began to remember that women were never meant to heal alone.

Sisterhood didn’t wound me.
Disconnected sisterhood did.
Distorted sisterhood did.
Conditioned sisterhood did.

But sacred sisterhood, the kind rooted in truth, vulnerability, compassion, and shared healing,
that kind saved me.
It rebuilt me.
It brought me home to myself.

And now…
this is the work I devote my life to.
Not just teaching, but holding.
Not fixing, but witnessing.
Not leading from above, but walking beside.

I created Sisterhood Alchemy because I know how it feels to crave a place where you don’t have to be perfect to be loved…
where you don’t have to have it all figured out to belong…
where you can finally stop carrying everything alone.
