I'm Paula
There was a time in my life when I felt like I had opened my own Pandora’s Box.
Everything I thought I could control ~ my plans, my sense of purpose, even my identity came undone. After a life-changing accident that forced me to step away from my teaching career, I found myself face to face with my pain, my fears, and the parts of me I had hidden away for years.
At first, it felt like loss. But in truth, it was a sacred initiation ~ an invitation to remember who I really was beneath the noise, the roles, and the expectations.
Through sound healing, energy work, and deep spiritual exploration, I began to see what Pandora’s story was truly about: not punishment, but awakening.
Every “evil” that escaped her jar mirrored the emotions and experiences that shape us: fear, grief, jealousy, heartbreak: yet within that same vessel was something eternal: Hope.
When I finally stopped fighting my pain and began to listen to it, something miraculous happened.
Hope ~ that quiet, unwavering flame ~ began to rise within me.
It reminded me that even in the darkest moments, light is never gone. It only waits for us to turn inward and remember.
